The JBL Hardened Slide Bushing – 5/16″ is crafted from hardened stainless steel. When used with a spring slide ring, this bushing is for all JBL spearguns, and any other spearguns for that matter, with a 5/16″ shaft and a slide ring stop. Why would you need a hardened slide bushing? Better accuracy and a reduction in the slack in your line. Two things that make the biggest difference when hunting under water.
